These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.Brims Hat Hire. By accessing this website and / or hiring a headpiece, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless or whether or not you choose to hire from us.
Periods of hire
Headpiece may be hired up to 4 days. 1" day for collection, 2nd or 3'd day to be worn and 4th day returned. There may be an extra charge if headpiece cannot be retumed within these days.
Returning Headpieces
Headpiece must be collected on the 1" day no later than 7.30 pm and returned by 11.00 am on the last day unless Brims Hat Hire have agreed with the hirer a special arrangement. (There may be a charge of £5 per day)
A deposit of the same price equivalent to the hired headpiece of £ will be payable by cheque before collection which will be kept until the end of the period of hire. The Owner shall be entitled to deduct from it any money owed by the Hirer to the Owner for whatever reason eg: loss or damaged.
If you think you are going to be late returning the headpiece, please telephone to arrange a new return date. Headpieces are often booked to be hired out again straight after cleaning. Overdue headpieces will be charged at £5 per day.
Charges are due
Hire charges are due at the first appointment in cash for the headpiece (prices vary) and a cheque for the deposit of the hire period.
Cancellations
Cancellations less than 48 hours notice will incur Full Hire Charge for whatever reason, Cancellation 1 week prior to collection will incur a £10 charge.
